Reporting to the Confidential Executive Officer/Chief of Staff and Director of Operations, the Confidential Executive
Associate of Operations for the Office of the President and Special Projects serves as a pivotal member of the team,
providing high-level administrative support and project management expertise. This role requires a proactive individual
who can navigate the complexities of university operations while fostering collaboration across various departments. The
Confidential Executive Associate will play a key role in ensuring the execution of special projects in alignment with the
College?s goals.
Responsibilities include the following:
Provide confidential assistance to the President, Senior Vice President for Communications and External Affairs &
Executive Deputy to the President, Chief of Staff & Director of Operations, or designated Executive, managing a diverse
range of activities and initiatives to support institutional objectives.
Organize, manage, and oversee projects involving multiple areas of the College community, ensuring successful project
outcomes through effective planning and execution.
-Collaborate effectively with the Office of the President?s team to facilitate smooth, timely operations and ensuring the
efficient completion of administrative tasks.
-Manage and actively participate in committees tasked with planning and executing a diverse range of college-wide
programs, meetings, conferences, special events and President?s speaking engagements.
-Provide clear and effective communications on behalf of the Office of the President. Address information requests from
Leadership team, faculty, staff, and student through walk-ins, phone calls, and email communications on a daily basis.
-Manage invoice processing and reconciliation; liaise with various departments to coordinate budgetary matters and
ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Perform related duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the President?s Office and special projects as they
arise.
This position requires the employee to be present in the office; remote work is not permitted.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required.

Salary commensurate with education and experience, within approved range ($83,878-$100,329).
