This 37.5 hour, 5-day per week position is located in Fulton County, OH.
This position will be responsible for maintaining financial records for the Fulton County Extension Office. This includes: reconciling Fulton County Extension funds, checking account, and University PCard regularly; managing accounts payable and receivable, cost recovery, purchase orders, and the Fulton County Extension Office PCard; and assist with budgeting requests, utilizing software that is provided by The Ohio State University
This position will also provide primary support for the Family Consumer Sciences (FCS) program area including but not limited to: planning and coordinating arrangements for events; managing registrations for programs and events utilizing tools made available by The Ohio State University; processing research and evaluation data; archiving program data and financial information; maintenance of FCS client databases; providing clerical support to develop print and digital media including brochures, newsletters, handouts, webpages, social media, and event programs following OSU policies and guidelines; assist with digital engagement strategies to promote FCS programming; assist with maintaining the county website; assist the FCS Educator in creating, editing and publishing educational videos; and distribute regular press releases through appropriate channels.
Additionally, this position will: manage the general office voicemail; proactively provide additional program support to the 4-H Youth Development (4-H) and Agricultural and Natural Resources (Ag/NR) as needed; share front office duties including phone, mail, counter clientele, receiving of funds, and opening/closing the office; coordinate email, mail, web, and phone requests and questions by distributing to the appropriate staff; research, resolve, and convey information on common client requests related to all Extension program areas; assist with maintaining inventories of OSU and other publications for re-sale; provide general office duties as assigned; maintain all office records in accordance with OSU policy; and serve as a part of the County Stewardship team. Across all work duties, this position is expected to deliver a high level of customer service and team collaboration with a positive attitude, professionalism, and clear communication.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
The pay range for this profile is $15.70-$20.67/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, units available budget, and the candidates qualifications.
