Professional and Continuing Education (PCE) works to create an online, learner-centered, business partner enabled, and career connected non-academic credit experience in collaboration with Ohio State colleges/departments, business partners, and the state government. By developing and delivering computer-based trainings and interactive e-learning courses, we are able to create meaningful, engaging, evidence-based non-credit education. Critical to the vision and mission of PCE, the PCE Enrollment Support Specialist role will coordinate Professional and Continuing Education Help Center services in support of post-traditional or non-credit learners. The PCE Enrollment Support Specialist executes program services supporting both academic credit awarding and non-credit learning opportunities, primarily for post-traditional learners and older adult learners. Further, the Support Specialist ensures successful execution of third-party contracts and bulk enrollments for supported programs. For success in this role, the specialist must maintain awareness and understanding of various university guidelines, PCE and university policies and processes, university technology necessary for job function, customer service, project management, and organizational skills. Further this role must maintain successful relationships with key university contacts

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in education, communication, community outreach, marketing, business administration or related discipline.
Required Experience:
2 years experience in Higher Education, customer service, project management, program coordination role

Masters degree in education, communication, community outreach, marketing, business administration or related discipline.

The target hiring range for this job profile is $ 22.69 - 29.83 The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
