Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy to meet enrollment goals in Grades Pre-K through Grade 4.
Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, including tours, interviews, and assessments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing and outreach initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective families, identify potential feeder programs, and community organizations on Staten Island, Brooklyn and areas within Hudson County, New Jersey.
Organize and host admissions events such as open houses, information sessions, and school fairs.
Analyze admissions data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Ensure a welcoming and inclusive admissions process that reflects the school's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Stay current with best practices in admissions and enrollment management.
Seeking candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, preferably in an independent school setting.
