Project Management:Â Lead and manage property disposition projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
Strategic Planning:Â Input into strategies for the disposition of real estate assets, including market analysis and pricing strategies.
Stakeholder Coordination:Â Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Compliance:Â Ensure all property transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Strategy Development:Â Develop and implement strategies for sale and leaseback transactions to optimize financial and operational benefits.
Market Research:Â Conduct market research to identify potential sale and leaseback opportunities and assess market conditions.
Transaction Management:Â Oversee the execution of sale and leaseback transactions, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively from negotiation to closing.
Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to evaluate the impact of sale and leaseback transactions on the organizationâ™s financial position.
Lease Management:Â Coordinate with property management teams to ensure smooth transition and ongoing lease management post-transaction.
Compliance:Â Ensure all sale and leaseback transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
About You
Education: Bachelorâ™s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:Â Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on property disposition, capital markets, or sale and leasebacks.
Skills:

Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
