- Leading an experienced team: You will have the opportunity to provide direction and support to both practices as you develop and implement medical protocols and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care. Regular monthly meetings with the associates will be essential to discuss case management, medical protocols, and hospital policies, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Full-service hospitals: Equipped with in-house diagnostics, hospitalization and isolation facilities, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, and advanced surgical anesthetic protocols, ensuring you can provide the best care without constraints.

Compensation & Benefits
- $175,000 - $200,000 base salary paid on 23% production
- $30,000 sign-on bonus & relocation bonus
- No weekend shifts
- 6 weeks (30 days) PTO + 6 paid holidays
- $1,500 CE stipend + 5 CE days per year
- 4-day work week with a flexible schedule
