Designs, develops, and maintains both recurring and ad hoc reports/dashboards to solve operational and analytical problems.
Collaborates with partner teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analyses and data delivery tools that support decision-making.
Develops optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and improve data delivery processes.
Partners with internal training and knowledge teams to assist in the creation of training materials and disseminate best practices.
Analyzes large datasets to extract actionable insights that support business decision-making.
Identifies trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to provide actionable business recommendations and presents findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
Manages multiple Business Intelligence (BI) projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Seeks opportunities for professional development that will enhance job performance including attending webinars, seminars, building networks within the University and with colleagues at peer institutions.
Works with users to ensure deliverables are meeting or exceeding expectations. Provides support and communicates issues to users as defined by IT standards. Monitors access control and troubleshoot BI and analytic applications.
Participates in planning, testing, and roll-out of patches and upgrades to the BI and analytic software. Participates in the development and interpretation of BI and analytics system standards and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Bachelorâ™s degree.
Major in statistics, business, social sciences, computer science or similar major.
Experience:
Minimum of two years experience analyzing, visualizing and synthesizing complex data sets.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Broad experience working with Salesforce CRM.
Knowledge and understanding of higher education advancement industry.

Working Conditions
This position has a hybrid work schedule which includes weekly in office presence.
Standard office environment.
Travel to campus and/or non-campus locations for University business.
Work evenings and weekends as needed.
