The Director of Enterprise Information Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, enhancement, and support of the enterprise technology ecosystem, including financial and budget systems (ERP, EPM, etc.), customer relationship management systems (CRM), HCMs, Student Information Systems (SIS), data warehouses/data lakes, business intelligence (BI services), reporting and analytics based upon these solutions, databases to support these solutions, and other administrative applications in order to provide seamless operations and integrations across the organization. Manages updates and patches and oversees the database management strategy.
The director serves as a key member of the IT leadership team, helping to guide strategic direction for the IT division. The director provides leadership to team members in the planning, analysis, design, development, documentation, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of administrative applications to deliver integrated, scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that enable the college to meet its strategic goals. They collaborate directly with functional leaders to understand and address business needs. Works with the CIO and other college leaders to assess needs, system capabilities, and develop a roadmap for future enhancements or solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven expertise in implementing and managing data integrations, SaaS solutions, and enterprise software applications, such as Ellucian Banner, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or other ERP solutions.
Strong knowledge of systems integration, scalability, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
Proven project management experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully manage multiple complex technology projects from conception, planning, implementation, and through post-live support and maintenance.
Experience in best practice software development and standards associated with solution life cycle management.
Experience developing a strong organizational culture and building a positive and proactive team environment.
Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and administration. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Solid and provable working knowledge of systems analysis and design methods.
Ability to work collegially within a Community of Practice surrounding the use of such enterprise systems.
Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience leading a team that implements and supports major enterprise systems (financials, HR, enrollment, scheduling, etc.) in higher education.
Experience supporting/managing major enterprise systems (financials, HR, enrollment, scheduling, etc.) in higher education.
Experience delivering solutions that provide reporting and analytics based on administrative enterprise systems.
Experience and knowledge of ITIL change management principles, methodologies, tools and concepts.
Oracle and other database design, management, use, and tuning.
Knowledge of web-based frameworks and multiple programming languages (C, Java, Perl, etc.).
Experience maximizing solutions and streamlining processes through the use of continuous process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
Project management experience in multiple methodologies, including waterfall, AGILE, and/or SCRUM.
