Job Summary: The Health Equity Coordinator will work as part of a collaborative team to enhance and develop new partnerships, build trust, and align the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health's (DFMCH) Office of Community Health (OCH) efforts with university, clinical, and community groups. This individual will also collaborate to establish strategies to share power and center voices most impacted by inequities. The Coordinator will provide project management for initiatives co-created through community-clinical-university partnerships.
