Job Description and Duties The candidate works under the direction of the Health Program Manager I, Community and Statewide Interventions Section, Local Programs and Statewide Interventions Unit. The Health Program Specialist (HPS) I serves as a highly skilled technical program consultant for the Office of Oral Health (OOH) working collaboratively with dental schools, local health departments, other local programs, or statewide partners in California.
