Responsibilities: Responsible for the management, promotion and operation of athletic facilities and events including, finance, concessions, advertising, security, production, maintenance and related operations; supervises event and facilities staff; and manages athletic facilities through project management, preventative maintenance, and scheduling.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least two years of experience in administrative functions related to facilities and event management including revenue producing events; excellent communication and relationship building skills; and supervision experience required. Intercollegiate facility experience preferred. Occasional local travel and evening and weekend work necessary. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, the Missouri Valley Football Conference, the Big 12 Conference, and the University of Northern Iowa.
