Job Overview
Enable and deliver a broad range of high-quality, value-added 1819 Learning Lab experiences for the 1819 Innovation Hub Partners and Allies.
This role will be on-site.
Essential Functions
Session Design & Facilitation - Collaborate on the design and facilitation of transformative learning experiences, including workshops, retreats, design sprints, and innovation studios tailored to the evolving needs of 1819 Partners.
Project Management - Lead end-to-end project management of learning initiatives, ensuring resources, schedules, and outcomes are optimized for high-quality program delivery that exceeds partner expectations.
Create New Activities & Offerings - Design and prototype new, forward-thinking learning experiences inspired by emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities within the innovation ecosystem.
Session Value & Assessments - Support the implementation of robust qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to measure and report the value and impact of all learning experiences.
1819 Partner Success & In-market Impact - Collaborate closely with 1819 partners to support their success by providing tailored guidance, resources, and follow-up services that drive the development and launch of new products, services, or technologies, ensuring tangible in-market impact and sustained innovation.
Pipeline & Partner Relationships ? Help proactively build and maintain the Learning Lab opportunity pipeline through targeted client outreach and relationships, identifying intersections between partner needs and potential learning opportunities.
Advise Leadership - Advise leadership on issues, opportunities, and best practices associated with client relationship management and recommend improvements. Support Learning Lab leadership on tasks related to their responsibilities.
Co-op/Intern - Manage co-op/intern students for support of the Learning Lab.
UC Faculty & 1819 Unit Relationships - Foster relationships with UC faculty and staff as subject matter experts and content providers for learning experiences. Ensure seamless collaboration with other units of 1819.
Model Learning Culture - Participate in continuous professional development and role-model a learning mindset to foster a culture of growth and innovation among 1819 Partners and Allies.
Supervision - May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.).

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Nine (9) years of relevant education, experience and/or other specialized training can fulfill minimum education and experience requirements
Required Experience
Five (5) years of program support, project management, innovation delivery or related experience
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.

Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually dependent on the candidate's experience.
