Job Description: What We Are Looking For Baylor University is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the mission and vision of Baylor University and serve within the School of Education's program, Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities. The Program Coordinator will help advance the mission of the Baylor Center for Developmental Disabilities by providing direct support to its leadership, staff, affiliated faculty, and students. Our Center promotes the flourishing of individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and communities through compelling research, training, leadership, outreach, and clinical services. This person will provide administrative support to research, leadership, and community outreach projects falling within the scope of the Center.
A Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of the required degree and/or years of experience.
Applications must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
Manage inquiries and correspondence regarding the Center
Schedule meetings, identifying locations, and capturing minutes
Arrange and host online meetings (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
Maintain office and supply needs and submit work orders
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all Center programs and events
Secure reservations of classrooms and equipment for Center activities
Schedule visits and meetings (in-person and digital) between Center leaders and partners
Coordinate registration, logistics, volunteers, and publicity for Center events
Coordinate contracts for Center collaborators
Assist with participant and partner recruitment for Center projects
Assist with financial payments including requisitions, payment requests, and online supply orders
Assist with website and social media updates
Interface with students, faculty, collaborators, and visitors
Contribute to regular team meetings
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
