Responsible for the intake, advising, registration, assessment, placement of current or potential students. Collecting and reporting student data in support of the data and assessment policies, procedures and requirements of the Adult Education Program as mandated by the federal Department of Education Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) and the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulations (DLLR) at the Program's campus and off- campus instructional sites in Prince George's County.
Must be available to work Monday – Thursday, 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent.
Four to five years of related experience or required.
Coursework/ certification and or specialized skills/ training.
Combination of relevant higher education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLSANDABILITIES
Organizational, project management, time management, and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with students and potential students fromdiverse cultures and backgrounds
Ability to walk and stand extended periods of time, while supporting assessment staffduring peak testing periods.
Ability to develop and maintain cordial, cooperative working relationships.
Good oral and written communications skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general aptitude for computer software and
technology
Strong customer service skills
Job Requirements:
Must be available to work Monday – Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Work schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
