Project management in more than one area/aspect of a project. Demonstrated mastery of CTM/CTM I skill set and expectations.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategy/Strategic Planning
Contributes to strategic discussions, ideas, etc. and assists in carrying out its implementation.
Contributes to the development of project and operational timelines; expands knowledge and train on timeline development and management.
Pharma Partner Engagement
Participates as a contributing member in DIAN-TU clinical operation leadership committee.
Attends and participates in pharma partner meetings; speaks to respective functional areas.
Supports and runs pharma sub-team meetings; manages minutes and agendas for pharma meetings.
Functional Area and Vendor Management
Manages vendors compliance and quality of contracted scope with support and guidance from Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) or director level.
Strong grasp of vendor scopes, budget and contract although not independent; invoice review.
Personnel Management
Manages functional areas with minimal support from Senior CTM or director level.
Manages team members at the project level based on responsible functional areas.
Has direct reports.
Acts as participating and contributing member.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
$96,000.00 - $169,300.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
