The Program Manager is responsible for administering a subset of continuing education programs offered by The Ohio State University John Glenn College of Public Affairs, including credit-bearing leadership certificate programs and custom programs. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Professional Development and works collaboratively alongside a program consultant, operations manager, two program coordinators, and faculty director. The Program Manager spends most of their time recruiting participants, recruiting instructors, working with instructors and the faculty director to ensure high-quality program content, and coordinating outreach to prospective participants and their employers.
