Job DescriptionThis position role is to manage the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology classroom computer labs and desktop imaging services. This specific position is focused on designing, creating, and managing computer images used both in the classroom and computer lab environments. The key aspects of the position will be to provide high-level technical support to the Solution Center, be the lead software and licensing expert, problem identification and management, managing our imaging and patching environment, and working with our security expert to minimize and mitigate operating system and software risks to our students and faculty. This position is expected to be fluent with endpoint management tools.Minimum Qualifications
