The Research Program Manager at CDH plays a central role in overseeing and executing research projects that align with CDH's mission to lead digital health innovation and interdisciplinary research. This role involves managing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance, coordinating resources, and evaluating outcomes to maximize program impact. The Research Program Manager collaborates with faculty, staff, and external partners to advance CDH's goals and maintain high standards in project execution.

Location: Stanford Research Park and Stanford; Hybrid (4 days/week On-site).
Duties include:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of CDH research projects, ensuring tasks and objectives are met to achieve program goals.
Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and keep stakeholders updated on project milestones.
Conduct resource assessments to ensure each project has adequate staffing, budget, and materials for successful execution.
Develop and monitor project metrics, analyzing outcomes to evaluate alignment with CDH's strategic goals and recommend improvements.
Collect and analyze data to inform program evaluation, create reports, and identify trends to support research objectives.
Review and interpret policies to ensure program activities comply with institutional and funding guidelines, updating procedures as needed.
Serve as the main point of contact for research projects, providing guidance on program goals, policies, and timelines to internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate outreach activities, including conferences and workshops, to promote CDH's research projects and achievements.
Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and produce financial summaries for leadership and funding agencies.
May supervise and provide direction to junior staff or interns, ensuring effective support for project tasks and activities.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) and 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Program and/or project management experience preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

The expected pay range for this position is $99,015 to $126,383 per annum.
