The Campus Services Manager will be responsible for managing contractual relationships for mail and copy services, supervise campus mail carriers, and assist with the bookstore/retail service provider. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a solution-oriented mindset, project management, knowledge of current trends and a commitment to enhancing the quality of services provided to students, faculty, and staff.
A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant work experience are required. Four years of relevant experience is preferred.
Additional education or experience will be considered in lieu of one another.
A valid United States Driver License with a clear driving record of at least two years is required.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
What You Will Do
Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and optimize the performance of contractual agreements.
Assess key performance indicators and ensure adherence to university policies.
Collaborate with the Assistant Director to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Implement best practices and operational improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Business Operations Analyst to review and monitor financial reports, ensure contractors adhere to budgetary guidelines, identify irregularities, and implement strategies to optimize revenue based on trends.
Engage with students, faculty, and staff to gather feedback and assess satisfaction with services.
Collaborate with all parties to provide next in class offerings.
Support the Assistant Director in fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Other contracts as assigned.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
Ability to comply with University policies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
