Position Summary
The incumbent will be the subject matter expert that manages the direction, coordination, integration and implementation of technology across the organization. The incumbent will ensure that all components of the IT infrastructure and security are current, effective and maintained appropriately. The incumbent will lead the end-to-end management of business applications, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects aligned with the business objectives.

Provide expertise and knowledge of current industry trends in technology standards to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan, manage, and track all business application initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.
Collaborate, develop and maintain project plans, outlining key milestones, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and technical solutions to drive successful outcomes.
Partner with the CFAO with respect to the development of the technology required to support initiatives and programs.
Ensures the database supports our membership structure including collection of data; dues renewal, invoice processes, and personalized communications.
Assist in configuration and possible customizations of our accounts receivable software iMIS to meet specific organizational needs such as settings, fields, workflows, automations, analysis, reports, IQAs, etc.
Ability to create advanced SQL scripts; Familiarity with .net framework, API’s, and other coding languages.
Back up administrator for integration functions between iMIS and outside software.
Successfully manage all technology related vendor relationships. Assess and manage third parties as needed (external vendors, client development teams, service partners) to implement solutions
Ensuring that the IT and network infrastructure adequately supports the company’s computing, data processing, and communications needs.
Regularly reviews and updates security policies and procedures.
Assists the CFAO with developing and managing the IT budget.
Ensures compliance with government regulations that apply to systems operations.
Provide on-site support for technology services.
Education/Experience/Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent with five years of related experience and/or training is preferred. Possess detailed knowledge of Information Technology, the current state and trends. Experience in strategic planning, budgeting and project management.
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Information technology, digital and IP telephony. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Advanced knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of desktop computers. A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture. Intermediate knowledge of server administration. Microsoft windows troubleshooting experience. Intermediate knowledge of databases, specifically Microsoft SQL. Intermediate knowledge of Membership Management Systems, specifically iMIS. Intermediate knowledge of reporting tools, specifically Crystal Reports. Knowledge of accounting, financial planning and budgeting software is a plus. Advanced written and oral communication skills. Deploys critical thinking and leadership skills throughout the scope of work.

Effectively communicate, in both verbal and written form, at all staff levels. Facilitates discussions related to requirements, development and IT solutions. Build and maintain effective working relationships with all internal stakeholders and external vendors. A self-directed leader that collaborates with all team members to achieve strategic goals. Able to research, develop and explain technology options for all business units. Strategic planner, critical thinker and tactical supporter of all staff. Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization. Some weekend and/or evening availability may be required for special projects and implementations.
