The Program Associate provides administrative data coordination and support to the Office of Alumni Relations by assisting with the implementation of the department's Engagement pillar. This includes direct support involving Phenix data input, analysis, management, and reporting. The Associate also provides support for volunteer training and the use of digital resources to facilitate alumni communications, connections, and event management. The Associate supports the Executive Director with projects as appropriate, including meeting logistics and coordination.

Job Qualifications
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field such as development, volunteer management, alumni programming, administrative support, event planning and support, etc.
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented and have the to handle and complete multiple projects concurrently
Demonstrated ability with computer software programs including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook, and Google Workplace
Must have a degree of computer proficiency and Information Management Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with event or meeting planning and scheduling
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a university setting is preferred.
