Position Summary: This role serves as an association manager or executive director for several clients, working with their boards to ensure that their operations function effectively. This is a hybrid position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as the liaison to board officers and support association clients with their board governance, marketing and communications, member management, accounting, and event planning.
· Provide guidance to association boards, including recommendations for process improvements, with the goal of developing strong and sustainable operating structures and procedures.
· Support association growth by developing and distributing marketing materials, identify and support outreach to individual potential members, engage boards in membership recruitment, etc.
· Perform the fiscal responsibilities of accounts receivables and accounts payables, including billing and receipt of assessment payments by association members.
· Manage the vendors and contracts for association clients.
· Executes educational events, webinars and conferences
· Manages website and social media content

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related field.
· Minimum three years combined experience working for an association management, nonprofit management or event planning
