The Change Manager will support the Workplace Strategy team by implementing our change management strategy focused on driving adoption for new workplace products, processes, and technology. Leveraging an existing change management strategy, they will execute a mix of communications and training to drive behavioral changes in the office. proven diagnostic techniques, they will help identify challenges and apply their knowledge of strategic organizational change to enhance quality, productivity and employee satisfaction in a corporate environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Onsite support for Workplace Strategy team, implementing change management initiatives
Support execution for multi-media communication efforts to disseminate verbal, print, and digital messages
Lead and manage in person training sessions to drive adoption of new workplace products tools and processes
Strategically collect, collate, and report onsite feedback to Workplace Strategy team
Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
Engage and support senior leaders, and employees at all levels
Build relationships with cross-functional partners and employees to establish trust
Help evaluate and ensure user readiness
Help measure change management effectiveness using proven measurement tactics
Execute against a project timeline and respond to team requests in a timely manner
Capture live content for distribution on social platforms
Skills & Experience:
Bachelorâ™s degree in related discipline or field of study and/or 5+ years of related experience.
Experience executing change management efforts; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus
Excellent copy writing, editing and proofreading skills and ability to write across a range of media formats with a strong attention to detail and quality.
High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and work effectively at all levels in an organization
Strong team player able to work collaboratively and influence others to move toward a common vision/goal
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Acute business acumen, understanding of organizational issues and challenges, and experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Able to work in ambiguous situations with the ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction.
Self-motivated with an ownership mentality and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment; constant change is to be expected.
Assumes ownership of requests to ensure successful completion.
Ownership mentality with excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills, and a desire to engage with others on a regular basis.
