Job Description: The purpose of this position is to manage the day-to-day facilities operations of the College to include managing facilities maintenance, housekeeping, landscape and grounds maintenance, fleet management, capital projects, occupational health and safety and managing the college's regulatory compliance program. This is accomplished by supervising direct reports in the areas of capital and operational projects, facilities maintenance and facilities operations to include wastewater management, vendor snow removal operations, and assisting with developing facilities master plan and capital program documents and proposals; coordinating design, construction, and maintenance activities. Assist with managing the annual capital budget and departmental opera
