Position Summary:

• Assists in preparing proposals, develops budgets, prepares grant applications, proofreads, and edits documents and processes proposals.
• Consults and advises with Project Manager and members of the Project on content, timing, and documentation necessary for proposals to be submitted to funding sources.
• Analyzes and reviews revenue and expenses for all grants and contracts, reviewing transaction requests in accordance with budgets, Uniform Guidance, Rutgers policy, and sponsor regulations.
• Advises program leadership through reviewing transaction requests in accordance with budgets, Federal and State Uniform Guidance, Rutgers policy, and sponsor regulations.
• Participates in meetings, workshops and trainings along with other grant administrative personnel.
• Reviews information entered in medical billing system to verify accuracy and maximize income for clinical services provided.
• Understands and adheres to Rutgers compliance standards as they appear in RBHS' Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field, plus three (3) years of experience in financial analysis and/or fiscal program development, preferably in an academic and/or healthcare setting.
• Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements
