Incumbent is responsible for administration and operational oversight of vendors for outsourced activities, projects and programs in collaboration with key stakeholders. Evaluates vendor logistical and performance capabilities, establishes vendor monitoring and tracking processes, and assesses vendor performance using a variety of vendor management strategies (e.g., service level agreements, operational audits, surveys, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement. Monitors participant satisfaction with vendor services. Provides liaison to stakeholders / users of vendor services and handles escalated problems and program appeals.

Required Qualifications:
Proficient knowledge of office and web-based applications.
In depth ability to analyze, interpret and research essential information from multiple sources.
Five (5+) or more years of project management, vendor relations, strategic sourcing, program management, and/or MSP oversight experience.
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
Advanced verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of applicable policies, practices and procedures for the organization/client groups.
Advanced interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain credibility and working relationships with vendors, colleagues and client groups.
Advanced customer service orientation as demonstrated by the ability to respond proactively and positively to customer service needs and problems.
