Ideal Qualifications:
Licensed Texas State Veterinarian (active and clear)
3-5 years of veterinary experience; leadership experience is a plus
Skills in General Practice, soft tissue surgery, and/or orthopedic surgery
High clinical standards with a commitment to compassionate, exceptional care
Dedication to building a progressive, positive practice culture
Excellent communication skills, energetic, organized, and outgoing
Enthusiastic about mentoring and teaching leadership skills to staff
