Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee membership and engagement programs, implement and guide strategic initiatives, and work hand-in-hand with teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Partner with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives, such as our Member Summit and Global Online Hub.
Transform strategy into actionable goals and lead the planning and execution of programs to achieve measurable growth.
Membership & Community Engagement:
Drive membership recruitment and retention by creating compelling value propositions and personalized engagement experiences.
Build and nurture relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advocate and connector within the AT community.
Develop and grow a robust membership benefits program, including current leading events like Demo Days.
Develop ATIA’s tech platforms for enhancing member and community engagement
Event Leadership:
Lead the planning and execution of key events, including managing exhibit sales and securing sponsorships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft effective promotional campaigns, from digital content to on-site experiences.
Oversee event logistics and work closely with the Education and Events teams to deliver exceptional programs that elevate ATIA’s profile.
Operational Excellence:
Manage day-to-day membership operations and collaborate with the admin team on alliance partner initiatives.
Monitor program performance, analyzing data and providing insights to inform future strategies.
Ensure smooth operations of our online support desk and optimize internal processes for maximum efficiency (Zendesk)

Community Insider: You’re not just familiar with the disability and assistive technology world—you live it and understand the pulse of the community.
Event Architect: You know how to pull off unforgettable events and have a knack for building communities that people actually want to be part of.
Project Management Specialist: Deadlines, data, and details don’t scare you; you juggle them like a pro and make even the most complex projects look easy.
Tech Product Pro: Microsoft 365, Zoom, Zendesk, Asana, and event tools? You’re fluent in all things tech and know how to make them work for you.
