You will interact with SMEs and member committees in developing agendas for regional educational programs.

What You’ll Do:
Administer and oversee delivery of classes to earn NACM professional designations. Hire faculty members.
Develop, plan, and implement two-day educational conferences featuring 16 – 21 educational sessions and scholarship fundraising activities in Chicago, St. Louis and Great Lakes Region. Negotiate hotel/conference center contracts. Planning of all function space/catering. Secure hotel room block. Develop curriculum with regional educational committees. Develop fundraising activities with scholarship committee. Negotiate keynote speaker fees. Prepare budget and closing Profit & Loss statements.
Develop, plan, and implement one-day educational sessions across the region, our Annual Meetings. All Annual Meetings must take place in April, May and early June. Number of events TBD but a minimum of 9. Negotiate hotel/conference center contracts. Planning of all function space/catering. Secure hotel room block. Develop curriculum with regional educational committees. Prepare budget & closing P&L statements.
Develop and implement seminars and workshops. Work with education committee and SMEs to develop content. Prepare budget and closing Profit & Loss statements.
Supervise Great Lakes Region Education Manager and Member Services & Education Specialist.
Organize all planning aspects of on-site training programs for member companies including securing speakers/instructors. Set pricing and instructor salaries with President. Make sales call to largest members to sell onsite education opportunities.
Collaborate with industry leaders to identify emerging trends and topics that will enhance our educational programs.
Foster relationships with members to understand their learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
Seasonal travel is required.
Who You Are:
You have a passion for education and an understanding of adult learning principles.
You possess strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Experience in association education management a plus!
Experience in the commercial credit or finance industry is a plus!
