Job Summary:
The Program Assistant Director will assist with the development, implementation, and execution of the systems and data needed to power the success of the Development and Alumni Relations programs.
Essential Duties:
Work collaboratively with the Director of Development Data and Technologies to manage the systems and data needed to fuel the success of the Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) programs.
Assist with the management and future development of the Technology Team SmartSheets that are used to manage team data requests and projects.
Assist with production and delivery of recurring data pulls from Raiser's Edge NXT and custom reporting, utilizing Oracle Analytics or similar reporting tools.
Assist the Director of Development Data and Technologies with the development and execution of technology training for the Development and Alumni Relations Program.
Work collaboratively with the Business Operations Manager, Office of Information Technology, Information Security Office, and Electronic Information Resources team on technology acquisition, product renewals and certification of technology resources.
Work alongside the Assistant Director of Development Data and Technologies to manage and maintain segmented lists and records in Anthology Encompass or similar e-communication tools.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Two (2) or more years progressively responsible experience working in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, Oracle Analytics, Smartsheet or comparable platforms.
High level of computer proficiency, including proficiency using Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing a project management platform.
Experience using ImportOmatic or similar import tools.
Proficient in the use of Oracle Analytics or similar data visualization tool.
Experience developing custom reports in Raiser's Edge NXT.
