Position Summary:
This is a twelve-month exempt, at-will, full-time position with the primary responsibility of managing the enrollment, development and delivery of PreK-12 professional development, dual enrollment opportunities for high school students, professional development for private sector and other special projects as assigned. This individual will work collaboratively with Extended Studies staff, ASU staff, external stakeholders/clients, and staff of other educational institutions to support the delivery of quality off-campus programs. The position will provide high levels of customer care and relevant, timely and innovative solutions to students and stakeholders. Travel is required and the position will represent Adams State University at various meetings, conferences, and workshops.

Oversee Concurrent application and registration process
Maintain interagency agreement/contracts
Proctor placement exams
Serve as SAT Coordinator
Work with instructors to discuss class sections & student approvals
Work with Department Chairs to create training, mentoring and evaluation for C@HS instructors
Oversee vetting of new instructors
Assist students with account creation and COF
Organize and facilitate New Student Orientation
Collaborate with supervisor, coworkers and other departments to gather and analyze data
Research and implement new course delivery methods to ensure access
Keep up with legislation and current practices
Attend conferences and workshops to learn new strategies, policies…
Research and pursue grants
Serve on committees
Build relationships with BOCES, and school districts for growth and sustainability
Professional Development Support
Outreach & recruitment (attend various conferences/meetings)

Qualifications:
Required
BA/BS degree
Experience with K-12 education, continuing education and/or project management
Experience working with K-12 administrators, community and/or statewide organizations
Organizational skills, self-motivation & ability to work independently
Excellent written & oral communication
Ability & willingness to travel
Ability to treat others with respect, civility, and courtesy and to work honestly, effectively, and collegiality with employees, students, and the community. This includes the ability to use appropriate conflict management skills to effectively manage any disagreement that might arise or to bring the disagreement to management for assistance in productive resolution when the situation requires.
Demonstrated ability to work collegially and collaboratively with diverse internal and external constituencies.

Salary of $46,476 to $52,872 to include a benefits package for this full time position.
