The Capital Markets Senior Financial Analyst (âœCMFAâ) will support transactions generated by Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s Investment Sales brokerage services across multiple product types, with a concentration in industrial, office, and retail valuation analyses. Senior Analysts will primarily perform the more complex financial analysis activities of pricing, Excel valuation model creation, Argus Enterprise model creation and auditing, lease abstraction, due diligence collection and review, and will be responsible for translating analysis findings into high-level summaries for our Capital Market brokers. The ideal candidate will be based in one of the following locations: Dallas, or Denver, and available to work on-site in a local Cushman & Wakefield office. Hybrid schedule available. Team members may be expected to travel and work outside normal operating hours depending on the product type and markets they service and to meet project deadlines.â¯â¯â¯

Essential DutiesÂ
Lead the execution of more complex Broker financial analysis/modeling requests, which may include serving as a project manager on high-value client opportunities and portfolio transactionsÂ
Prepare pro forma statements, discounted cash flow analyses, and Excel-based financial models with consideration of market conditions (both current and historical)Â Â
Conduct audits of existing financial models for accuracy of model inputs and validity of assumptions, identifying data gapsÂ
Conduct market research to analyze property and market conditions; synthesize findings in a clear, concise manner Â
Communicate with Brokers and Broker teams to confirm request scope and review analysis findings; demonstrate ability to communicate findings in a clear, compelling manner, answer clarifying questions, and make timely, accurate revisions Â
Identify and communicate any missing information or unclear requests to ensure accurate analyses Â
Develop high-level analysis summaries by identifying transaction considerations (strengths/weaknesses), trends, outliers, and logical inconsistencies Â
Assist and mentor CMFA Analysts as they gain experienceÂ
Participates in the development of training resource tools and material in support of continuous Analyst developmentÂ
Performs quality control reviews, ensuring work product is thorough, complete, and meets scope of work requirements, and identifying common themes for continuous development and actioning next steps to lead further trainingâ¯Â
Track and develop working knowledge of real estate fundamentals and industry trendsÂ
Support the CMFA Hubâ™s maturity by supporting process improvement and automation initiatives through communicating improvement opportunities and suggesting potential solutions, and participating in related project task teams and user acceptance testing groups, as neededÂ
Performs other related duties as required or requestedÂ
Other Requirements & Administrative DutiesÂ
Bachelorâ™s Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) preferred Â
Combination of education without a degree and corporate work experience may be consideredÂ
1-3 years of financial analysis and modeling experience; Capital Markets experience a plus Â
Strong knowledge of real estate financial conceptsÂ
Extensive experience with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools requiredÂ
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft ExcelÂ
Passion for client delivery, with strong emphasis on producing high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and motivated to exceed expectationsÂ
