The YES Project Manager will be primarily responsible for the work of the Young, Empowered, and Strong (YES) Project operating within Dana-Farber Cancer Institute?s Breast Oncology Center and in collaboration with Dana-Farber?s Community Health Department. The purpose of the YES project is to create and implement proven and innovative strategies to support both young breast cancer survivors and metastatic breast cancer patients in their care and aid in closing the gap in disparities and inequities in the survival and quality of life of young adults in groups that have been economically and socially marginalized.
