Job Description
Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are currently seeking an Education Programs Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team.
The Integrative Medicine Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering leads the world in the discovery and practice of evidence-based complementary therapies that improve the lives of people impacted by cancer. We are the most comprehensive and longest continuously running integrative oncology program of all NCI-designated cancer centers. Join us today and help make a difference every day!
Role Overview:
- Manage all educational activities and related projects for the Integrative Medicine Service under the direction of the faculty and administrative leadership
- Coordinate and enhance the development, marketing, and sales of educational programs; manage financial and statistical data for educational ventures
- Develop and coordinate all aspects of education programs including online course offerings, from conceptual stages, planning course outlines and content in partnership with faculty and integrative medicine therapists
- Function as in-house project manager for new ventures with vendors, and serve as liaison with vendors and the MSK Department of Marketing and Communications
- Oversee the educational activities and administrative processes for MSK fellows, observers, rotators, summer students, and international visitors
- Manage the logistics for the Integrative Medicine Services Grand Rounds activities
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-4 years related experience; health care and/or oncology-related experience is a plus
- Experience in an education, training health communication and marketing environment preferred
- Strong aptitude and enthusiasm for learning
- Interest in and passion for integrative medicine preferred

- Highly organized and adept at planning and prioritizing work to complete daily and ongoing tasks within required timelines

Additional Information:
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (hybrid schedule, one day onsite/week)
- Location: MSK Joy Building - 321 E. 61st Street
- Pay Range: $60,000.00-$93,100.00
