Position Information Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of the UCR Campus Support Center (CSC), the UCPath Business Support Analyst is responsible for providing program, system, and business analysis support. The incumbent must have excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills. The role requires self-directed effort to engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and campus Stakeholders to elicit & validate information; and work with SMEs to identify, define, and document current/future state business processes and operational procedures. The incumbent will engage in direct organizational training activities including participation in the creation of training assets and training delivery of new and existing business/system processes. The role requires participation in organizational business systems administration and support activities.
The full salary range for the UCPath Business Analyst is $71,096.40- $128,704.32 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $102,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Experience Requirement Experience with shared service center practices and technologies. Preferred Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in HR business analytics, PeopleSoft HCM implementation or other HCM/HRIS implementation. Preferred 4 - 7 years of related experience. Required Business Analyst, HCM, and/or HRIS implementation experience in a higher education environment. Preferred Business analyst or project management experience. Required
Minimum Requirements Special Condition Requirement Evening and weekend work may be required. Required Must successfully complete background check through the DOJ and FBI prior to appointment start date. Required

Highly self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through. Work effectively with all levels in the organization and develop informal, cooperative relationships. Demonstrated analytical, statistical and research skills with experience in preparing analytical and narrative reports and proposals. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM implementation. Thorough knowledge and proficiency in SharePoint.
