Description of Work:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum and instruction or related field and at least one year of experience in a combination of teaching, instructional design, educational technologies, course development, or related areas.
• Experience working with learning management systems, and course design and development.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and inclusive pedagogy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum and instruction or related field and at least two years of experience in a combination of teaching, instructional design, educational technologies, course development, or related areas.
• Experience within a post-secondary environment desirable. Successful experience with project management, multimedia development, and development in Canvas LMS, helpful.
• Demonstrated knowledge of one or more specialist pedagogies or Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL).
• Proficient using communication and presentation technologies such as Zoom, PowerPoint, lecture capturing software, etc.

Posted Salary: $50,000/yr. minimum
