Summary: Reporting to the Director of The Lawrenceville Fund, the coordinator supports the TLF/TLPF team in managing all fundraising initiatives for alumni, parents, and other constituents. Principal duties include: managing administrative aspects of an annual giving operation that consists of unrestricted giving, volunteer management, leadership annual giving, and reunion giving; promoting productive relationships with colleagues and volunteers; supporting print, mail and email fundraising campaigns; and assisting in the completion of all tasks assigned to The Lawrenceville Fund/ The Lawrenceville Parents Fund Team (TLF and TLPF).
Produces data for The Lawrenceville Fund, including internal and external reports.

Supports The Lawrenceville Fund (TLF) team on data requests as assigned, generating reports from Raiser’s Edge as well as processing reports and requests in Excel. Answers questions as necessary from both colleagues and volunteers.
Maintains working knowledge of existing TLF and greater Alumni and Development departmental data processes and policies, ensuring they are followed across all giving projects.
Assists in supporting the volunteers of all classes in the regular production of standard volunteer reports in Excel.
Produces regular email reports in Mailchimp.
Memorializes contact reports in the database.
Enters actions/correspondence/ask amounts into the database in a timely fashion for the entire TLF team.
Prepares Senior Staff and Trustee reports for the TLF Director and the Director of Development.
Generates high-level mailings for TLF and TLPF:
Prepares Trustee and other high-level solicitations for the Director of TLF and the Director of Development.
Coordinates the process of Class Agent appeal letter approvals twice per year (fall and spring).
Coordinates the process of Class Agent appeal follow-up emails, in conjunction with the spring mailed letter process.
Assists the external mail house and campus partners with the annual Head of School solicitation letter.
Assists with first time donor mailings, 1810 and volunteer stewardship mailings, and supports other in-house mailing projects as needed.
Organizes and maintains a digital volunteer signature database
Serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned cohort of class-based volunteers.
Answers phone calls, general questions, and serves as the point of contact for receiving donations and mailed and emailed correspondence.
Coordinates regular Zoom planning calls and/or conference calls with assigned class volunteers.
Oversees all administrative aspects of The Lawrenceville Fund’s budget.
Coordinates with the Finance department on budget approvals, budget codes, and ensuring vendor invoices are paid in a timely fashion.
Prepares credit card reports for the department.
Supports special annual fund projects as assigned, for example The Big Red Valentine TLPF appeal and office-wide phonathons and other special events.
Maintains inventory of TLF/ TLPF stationery and stewardship materials, and reorders as needed.
Coordinates the annual updating of TLF trophies and plaques
Maintains the confidentiality of all records and information.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years of office experience.
Ability to work earnestly, respectfully, and cooperatively in a team environment with coworkers and volunteers from diverse backgrounds, and to give and receive feedback on common projects and tasks.
Must have a thorough understanding and appreciation for the goals and mission of Lawrenceville and the interests of independent secondary education and liberal arts education.
Must have clear, concise, and effective oral and written communications skills.
Have a proficient working knowledge of Google Sheets/Google Docs/Excel/Word, and the ability to quickly learn other software programs and database applications.
Exceptional ability to think strategically and analytically.
An inherent joy of working with data is a requirement to be successful.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a high level of motivation.
Must be able to work independently, exercise judgment, and manage projects with minimal supervision as well as to adjust as new projects are assigned.
