The Talent Acquisition Consultant delivers full cycle recruitment functions with an emphasis on recruit-to-hire process improvement solutions for academic, staff and student positions. Delivers outstanding customer and candidate experiences throughout the process of sourcing, recruiting and selecting talent. Understands and effectively communicates descriptions of open positions and critical requirements to candidates; implements creative sourcing to build diverse, qualified applicant pools; provides a thorough and accurate overview of the departments mission, priorities, culture and tradition; and maintains best practices to ensure regulatory and legal compliance. Works on TA strategic priorities and initiatives that support both TA and the unit/hiring manager.
