Program Implementation: Lead the adaptation and implementation of the "Empower and Employ" intervention package, ensuring all components—ASSET-EPASS, work experience, positive psychology, peer mentoring, self-discovery, and wraparound services—are effectively delivered.
Job Development and Coaching: Assist with job development efforts and provide job coaching during on-the-job training and initial job placement for participants.
Project Management: Oversee day-to-day project tasks, including coordinating meetings between Principal Investigators (PIs), arranging Community Advisory Board meetings, and promoting the project for participant enrollment.
Client Coordination: Manage client intake and coordinate intervention schedules with participating schools and communities.
Program Fidelity: Ensure procedural fidelity of all programs, collecting and evaluating program-related data to guide necessary revisions based on participant needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including schools, community partners, and project staff, to achieve project goals.

Required Degree
Masters -Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a •related role, preferably in an academic or community-based setting.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Experience in data collection and program evaluation.
