Salary & Compensation

Prior experience with and/or ability to develop reporting, dashboards, and stories within Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or similar reporting & visualization tools both within a working setting and for presentation to staff/leadership. (Required)
Prior experience with and/or ability/willingness to learn technology tools and processes to work with raw data, information systems and processes, visualization, and perform general analysis using a variety of state-of-trade formats and tools. (Required)
Experience working with and analyzing large amounts and various types of data to ensure accuracy and quality of information. (Required)
Highly collaborative with ability to acquire input form and lead discussions with a wide range of stakeholders; proven track record in delivering a consistently high standard of customer service and success. (Required)
Highly detail oriented with strong time/project management and organizational skills; flexible with ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize assignments, provide proficient follow up and make effectively timely decisions within deadlines with only general guidelines. (Required)
Proficient in using Microsoft suite of applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc. to collaborate, document, manipulate data, report, and generally conduct business. (Required)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex technical/administrative information to identify relevant concerns, recognize alternatives, formulate logical and objective conclusions, and communicate these with management, team members, customers, and vendors. (Required)

Well-developed interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team member and diplomatically with inter-team and extra-team stakeholders. (Required)
Working knowledge of constituent engagement systems and processes including common advancement & engagement methods. (Preferred)
Working knowledge of the Blackbaud CRM environment including developing Smart Queries, Adhoc Queries, Marketing Efforts, Interactions, Mass Add, and other general usage processes. (Preferred)
Familiarity with creating, modifying, and executing scripts such as Python and SQL scripting against a database. (Preferred)
Familiarity with organizing work using Jira and with documenting processes using Confluence. (Preferred)
Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations
Bachelor's Degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training. (Preferred)
