As an Associate, Industrial Development, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of industrial projects and initiatives. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to identify, assess, and execute industrial development and acquisition opportunities that drive innovation, create jobs, and foster sustainable economic growth across Florida.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential industrial development and acquisition opportunities.
Evaluate project feasibility, including financial, regulatory, and operational considerations.
Develop and execute strategies to attract investment and facilitate project financing.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
Identify and qualify potential tenants for industrial assets and develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each asset.
Negotiate lease terms and agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of industrial projects and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, institutional and equity partners, owners, and lenders.
Qualifications
3-5 years of work experience with an MBA. We are ideally looking for a 2024 graduate.
Attention to detail and exceptional creative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling skills, with advanced knowledge of cash flow forecasting.
Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational, time-management and project management skills to effectively track report and manage multiple projects and priorities where meeting deadlines is critical.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Advanced written and communication skills with professional presentation and public speaking ability.

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
