Provide system administration for Microsoft/Active Directory platforms. Manage a VMware Vsphere virtual server environment for over 185 servers. Provide support services for Enterprise SAN including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Manage and maintain the video editing network and systems, VoIP phone system, endpoint security, and VMware VDI virtual desktop environment. Expertise in Cisco firewalls and switches, as well as advanced experience in network architecture and multiple VLAN routing. Expertise in SQL database management/maintenance. Provides project management and oversight for system migrations, implementation, and administration.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field and 3 years' computer network experience; equivalent education/experience considered. MCSE certification or higher will substitute for work experience. A demonstrated ability to work independently, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Must possess demonstrated skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft networking and server maintenance, Linux operating system maintenance, enterprise networking, and Cisco routing. Understanding of firewall fundamentals and familiarity with VPN configurations necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with VOIP phone systems and fiber-optic network connectivity preferred. Strong understanding of non-linear video editing systems, including storage and inter-operation desirable. Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician (CCENT) and extensive networking knowledge helpful. Certifications in any or all of the following are beneficial: CompTIA Linux+ Certified Professional; CompTIA Network+ Certified Professional; Avid Certified Editing Support Representative (ACSR – Editing); Avid Certified Storage Support representative (ACSR –Storage); or Avid Certified Elite Support Representative (ACSR – Elite).
