Role Overview:

Event Planning
* Coordinate all aspects of program events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, retreats, and networking events.
* Manage event logistics such as registration, venue selection, catering, transportation, audiovisual requirements, and guest accommodations.
* Develop event agendas and ensure smooth execution, managing timelines and schedules effectively.
* Collaborate with guest speakers, facilitators, and vendors to ensure the quality and success of events.
* Travel to various parts of West Tennessee to coordinate and facilitate conference planning meetings.

Alumni Relations
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with program alumni, fostering a strong sense of community and engagement.
* Plan and execute alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to facilitate ongoing connections and collaboration.
* Regularly communicate with alumni through newsletters, emails, and social media updates to keep them informed about program developments and opportunities.
* Gather feedback from alumni to continuously improve the program and tailor offerings to their needs and interests.
* Travel to various parts of West Tennessee to coordinate and facilitate alumni meetings.
* Retain and update alumni association memberships, including lifetime members.

Marketing/Social Media
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the program and attract qualified applicants.
* Manage the program's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, creating engaging content and fostering online engagement.
* Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
* Maintain the WestStar App
* Collaborate with the university relations to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
* Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities shall include all other duties as assigned.
