The Wellsboro Small Animal Hospital is seeking an associate veterinarian to join our privately owned company. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and mentorship is happily provided. We understand the importance of mentorship for new graduates, and will work closely with you as you continue to expand your knowledge and skill set. Our hospital provides an excellent opportunity for growth as a veterinarian, offering surgical and dental services, digital radiography, cardiac & abdominal ultrasound, and computed tomography. In addition, we are partnered with a board-certified radiologist and board-certified cardiologist to further enhance our services in each of these fields.

The privately-owned Wellsboro Small Animal Hospital (WSAH) was established in 1985, which expanded in 1987 to include the Veterinary Medical Center (VMC). In 2012, the main hospital (WSAH) was moved into an approximately 11,000 square foot building. WSAH features multiple exam rooms, a dental suite with digital intraoral x-ray, two surgery suites, anesthesia preparation and recovery area, dedicated isolation room, dog ward, cat ward, large treatment area with Idexx laboratory equipment, ultrasound, and digital radiography. WSAH recently purchased a 32-slice Cannon/Toshiba Computed Tomography (CT) Machine. Construction of a dedicated CT suite is scheduled for Spring 2023. VMC is our satellite location, housing two exam rooms, one surgery suite, anesthesia preparation and recovery area, treatment area with Idexx laboratory equipment and computed radiography, dog ward, and cat ward.
