Bellarmine University is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) Recruitment and Enrollment Coordinator. This role is primarily focused on student recruitment activities, with the goal of attracting prospective students to the ABSN program. The coordinator will also provide a seamless process for student transcript reviews, enrollment activities, and program orientation, ensuring prospective and new admitted students receive the guidance needed to successfully complete their degree.

Position Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract prospective students to the Accelerated BSN program, with a focus on multi-year admission dates.
2. Conduct outreach activities, college fairs, community events, and virtual information sessions to promote the ABSN program.
3. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, providing detailed information about the program, admission requirements, and application process.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop promotional materials and digital content to enhance program visibility and attract applicants.
5. Track and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust as needed to meet enrollment goals.

Collaboration and Outreach:

1. Assist in enhancing recruitment efforts and strengthen community and industry connections.
2. Work closely with the admissions team to facilitate the seamless transition of prospective students to admitted/enrolled status.
3. Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure that students receive a cohesive and supportive educational experience.

Event Coordination:

1. Plan and coordinate on-campus recruitment events, open houses, and orientation sessions to engage prospective and newly admitted students.
2. Organize and host webinars, Q&A sessions, and other events to provide prospective students with insights into the ABSN program and Bellarmine University.

1. Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in a related field such as Nursing, Education, or Higher Education Administration.
2. Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field, preferably within higher education or healthcare.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students, families, and community partners.
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment management software or databases.
6. Knowledge of the nursing profession and accelerated nursing programs is a plus.
