Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000 - $180,000 compensation paid on prosal and 23% production - potential to earn $200-$250k as a Medical Director
- $30,000 sign-on bonus & relocation bonus
- No weekend shifts
- 6 weeks (30 days) PTO + 6 paid holidays
- $1,500 CE stipend + 5 CE days per year
- 4-day work week with a flexible schedule
