Job SummaryThe Senior Program Administrator for Student Development will leverage school and university-wide resources as well as partnerships with Tribal and historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to develop sustainable pathways from kindergarten to the professorate that broaden participation in engineering and applied sciences in accordance with the goals of the SEAS DIB Strategic plan and the Harvard and the Legacy of Slavery Report recommendations.
