Required Skill/ability 4: Strong software application and technology skills and demonstrated ability to learn new software packages and leverage technological solutions; highly skilled in office productivity software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, e-mail, Outlook, and Adobe, etc.); and skilled in preparing reports that track quality, productivity, and staff performance.

Preferred Education:
An advanced degree in a relevant field and 5 or more years Institutional Review Board, research administration, or other relevant research-related experience; Research Compliance Certification, Certified IRB Professional (CIP), or other research-related certification such as SOCRA/ACRP (or equivalent); Project Management, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification(s).
