Description of PositionThe University of Minnesotaâ™s University Services unit (UServices) creates and sustains a physical environment and service culture supporting and advancing the teaching, research, and outreach mission of the University of Minnesota. We are the people behind the scenes that help make the University work each and every day. The Administrative Associate will serve two systemwide units within UServices, Finance and Sustainability. University Services Finance manages a combined annual operating budget of approximately $435 million and provides payroll services for 2,000 employees. We provide financial support to seven University campus operating units, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. Sustainability embodies mission principles of public
