This position is located within a sports medicine research and musculoskeletal research lab thatcurrently focuses on clinical trials, epidemiology, outcomes, and genetics research on patients withrehabilitation and orthopedic conditions such as rotator cuff tears that cause shoulder pain. This is theMid- level position on the Michigan Medicine CRC Career Ladder. This position will primarily work with alarge multi-center study on the genetic epidemiology of rotator cuff tears called CuffGEN. This largestudy will collect patient outcomes and saliva samples to determine the genetic variants associated withrotator cuff tendon disorders.
